My wife and I were in town in Norfolk for her job interview since we were moving to the area and clicking on a "schedule a showing" for our (now) home linked us up with Florence. Florence was professional from the get-go -- very warm and friendly and gave us the right amount of space to look around as well as knew when to give us some of her insights about the local area and home styles in general. We had an offer in that day! The next few months would have otherwise been very stressful trying to purchase a home long distance. However, Florence made it virtually effortless on her end. From potential banks to home warranty companies to home inspectors, she always was one step ahead and was able to provide us with a field of choices from which to make an informed selection. After we began the home inspection process, Florence lobbied tirelessly for what we wanted fixed. I have never seen a case where we were able to get everything we wanted fixed until this experience. It was great. Through the closing and after, Florence offered to check up on the house for us since we were still in the process of moving up. The customer service and dedication doesn't end! For anyone looking for a house -- and particularly those who are having to do it through long distance, Florence, her expertise, and her unrelenting dedication all come highly recommended!
